The Beginning

Marco Rossetti opens the original Pizza luce location on Selby Ave, St Paul, with just 10 tables and a hand-built stone oven.

1998

First Expansion

Growing demand and rave reviews lead to a full restaurant renovation, doubling seating capacity and adding a full bar program.

2005

Catering Launch

Pizza luce launches its catering division, bringing handcrafted pizza to corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings across the Twin Cities.

2010

Second Location

A second Pizza luce opens in Minneapolis, bringing the same community spirit and artisan craft to a new neighborhood audience.
